Day Services Smallholding Support Worker

Responsibilities:

The main focus of the job will be to work on your own with clients and their support staff to manage the daily running of the smallholding. You will be responsible to the Day Services Manager for the welfare and day-to-day management of livestock including Pigs, sheep, goats, ducks and chickens as well as a variety of small animals. You will achieve this by delegating and supporting the Day Service clients and their personal support workers to carry out work (under your supervision). The post also involves being part of a larger team, working across all aspects of the Day Services and you will be expected to share knowledge and skills with staff from other areas.

The hours will be 37.5 per week with shifts of 8.30 to 16.00 Monday to Friday. No weekend working is expected but some Bank Holidays may need to be worked .

Salary and rewards:

Pay starts at £7.83 rising to £7.89 on completion of 6 months probation. You will also be entitled to a Cashback Healthcare Scheme, Life Assurance and a workplace pension.

Support Worker - Lydbrook

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to support our service users in our Residential home in Lydbrook.

Full and Part time positions available

Along with a basic salary from £7.83ph you will also be entitled to a Cashback Healthcare Scheme, Life Assurance and a workplace pension.

Your role will be varied and will include supporting people to access the community for social outings, shopping, swimming, special events etc, and also in house activities. You will also support people to health related appointments; provide personal care and much much more.

Night Bank Support Worker - required at Sevenoaks in Coleford.  £7832 per hour, in addition you will receive a payment of 95p per hour (equivalent to 12.07% of your hourly rate) as payment for holiday under the Working Time Regulations 1998.
