There is a high investment and commitment to ongoing staff training, this ensures that the people who receive the services we provide obtain the best possible support, care and education.
Staff induction, regular staff supervision and ongoing training all occur and help maintain standards at a high level.
Staff working in the homes work a shift system including a share of weekend and Bank Holiday working. Some posts require staff to work awake or sleep-in duties at night.
