Swim Gym

The Swim Gym is a purpose built complex consisting of a Swim Spa pool and Jacuzzi. The pools are used for therapy, exercise and relaxation. The Swim Gym is situated at our Lower Lydbrook site next to The Learning Centre and Smallholding.

Individuals and groups, particularly those with special needs, may benefit from the opportunity to gain movement and relaxation in the pools. The warm water enables relaxation of tight muscles and will support and enhance weak movement.

The Swim Gym offers a floor level trampoline with easy access via an overhead hoist. Fully trained staff work with health care professionals to deliver therapeutic programmes suited to the needs of individuals. It is also great fun too!            

The Swim Gym is designed to enable easy access to all its facilities, with overhead hoists, ramps and wheelchair access. Plenty of adjacent parking is also available.
