Domiciliary Care

The Orchard Trust is a registered provider for Domiciliary Care with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The Domiciliary Service is designed to support people with learning disabilities in their own homes and we can provide for people with a wide range of differing needs. These include for example, people with epilepsy, autistic spectrum disorder, reduced mobility, communication difficulties and other complex needs. The service cannot however meet the needs of people who have challenging behaviour or identified nursing needs.
Initially you will receive a full assessment to ensure the service can meet your needs; we will then work with you to develop a person centred plan of care. Your care plan will be kept under review to ensure that we continue to provide a quality service.
We try to be as flexible as possible and can offer care and support to cover all your personal care and daily living needs
People from Gloucestershire and surrounding counties wishing to utilise the Domiciliary Care Service are welcome to discuss our provision with the Home Manager at our Hilltop service. Telephone: 01594 542026.
